Paw Paw Paw is a fun side-scrolling beat-em-up game set in the woods, with sword-n-shield based combat and lots of unlockables. The game follows a maverick group of woodland animals who have rebelled against a corrupt(ed) king, and refused to be forced to wear trousers. Experience the joys of 2D characters walking about in a world with X, Y and Z coordinates and use different weapon types for tactically different gameplay.

What we like:

Lots of unlockables
Rideable creatures and other characters to play
XP maintained when you die so no need to start from scratch
Different weapon types for each character mixes up tactics
Super cute visuals with violent combat

What could be improved:

Clumsy trying to align with equally flat enemies
Getting the first few combos unlocked is a lengthy process
Hitboxes are very inconsistent
Balance is all over the place
